INFORMATION ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATOR
In connection with the acquisition of your personal data and the need to fulfill the information obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” of Elektrometal Energetyka SA I inform that:

2. The administrator has not appointed the Personal Data Protection Inspector. The Representative of the Management Board of Elektrometal Energetyka S.A. has been appointed the Administrator’s representative in the field of processing of the obtained personal data. 3. The obtained personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of implementing the contracts concluded by Elektrometal Energetyka S.A. contracts for the provision of services, supplies or construction works. The obtained personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 point b GDPR.
4. Elektrometal Energetyka S.A. processes the following categories of personal data: basic identification data (name and surname, position, address, telephone number, e-mail address) and personal data concerning the content contained by Elektrometal Energetyka S.A. contracts for the provision of services, supplies or construction works.
5. The obtained personal data will be made available only to entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and agreements concluded with the Administrator for entrusting the processing of personal data.
6. The obtained personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or international organizations.
7. The obtained personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the period of time concluded by Elektrometal Energetyka S.A. contracts for the provision of services, supplies or construction works, but no longer than until the general limitation periods for claims applicable to these contracts under the provisions of civil law are reached.
8. You have the right to:
- request the Administrator to access the personal data obtained and obtain a copy thereof;
- rectify, delete or limit the processing of personal data obtained;
- object to the processing of personal data;
- transfer the obtained personal data;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding compliance with the provisions of the GDPR;
- object to the processing of personal data;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
9. The processing of personal data by the Administrator does not take place through an automated decision-making system.
10. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.
11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data that is inconsistent with the GDPR by Elektrometal Energetyka S.A.
