Many of our employees start their careers at Elektrometal Energetyka SA during their studies. Therefore, we could not miss the Open Day of the Institute of Power Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology on May 20, 2022.

As at many other universities in Poland, also at the Warsaw University of Technology, from the first years of study, students have a chance to learn on our devices available at the teaching position. It is also here that the e²ALPHA virtual switchgear was created.

The stand of Elektrometal Energetyka SA was visited by many students and candidates for studies, to whom we presented a wide range of apprenticeships and internships in engineering departments, as well as the opportunity to participate in numerous trainings to improve competences and co-financing for studies. Older colleagues, who today are already experienced specialists and managers, told the interested parties about their daily work and achievements.
