Mariusz Maślany. Chairman of the Board.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology with a major in Automation and Robotic and completed also his MBA at Kozminski University. He has over 17 years experience in electrical power engineering and carried out research on design, construction and implementation of electrical security automation, MV switchgears, MV switchgear equipments, electrical measuring apparatus, electricity meters and MV supervisory systems, as well as remote-reading measuring devices. The project team, that he was managing, constructed, tested and implemented more than 1 000 MV- cells and over 3000 pieces of MV protection apparatus (devices) being used by a majority of the electric power facilities in Poland.
Mariusz Radziszewski. Director of Sales Department Centre.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Bialystok University of Technology with a major in Electroenergetics. He has over 15 years of experience in power engineering industry. He has participated in many research projects supported R&D department while working on modern solutions for MV switchgears, MV switchgears equipments and electric power protection systems for medium and low voltage. Thanks to his analysis have been designed and implemented plenty of MV switchgears and protection systems for MV. Throughout the period of his professional activity, he took an active part in scientific conferences and symposia in the field of electric power industry. During this scientific events he has discussed important subjects concerning new technical solutions being applied in modern electrical power industry.
Arkadiusz Stępski. Director of Sales Department South.
He graduated from the Faculty of Technology of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He has nearly 14 years experience in electrical power engineering industry. During his career as a manager he was successfully supervising as well as managing commercial policy in organization unit he was the head of. He participated in the design and advisory process of choosing appropriate for customers LV and MV electrical power apparatus and supported this process with technical and commercial analysis. He has introduced with success into the market hundreds devices for electrical power protection automatics, primary apparatus and switchgears. He took active part in many international trade fairs, technical symposia and scientific conferences at home and abroad.
Adam Gawłowski. Director of Energy Market.
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology in 2000, in 2004 at the same university he obtained a doctorate in technical sciences at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in the field of Electrical Engineering. In addition, he holds the Executive MBA title of the University of Illinois obtained in 2011. Since 2003, he has been working in the power industry, he started from the position of sales manager, in recent years he worked as a Marketing Director. Has many years of experience in sales, marketing, branding, introducing new products to the market, presentations, cooperation with the market in order to initiate technical breakthrough solutions. An active participant in many international and national trade fairs as well as symposia and scientific conferences in the field of electrical power engineering.
Łukasz Słowikowski. Director of Industry and Energy.
A graduate of the Poznan University of Technology in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in the field of Electrical Engineering. In 2009 he also completed post-graduate studies at the University of Economics in Katowice with the specialization in Sales Management in domestic and foreign markets. He has over 10 years of experience in the power industry, which he gained starting from work as a technical support for a team of traders. In recent years, he worked as the Branch Director, where he managed the trade and marketing policy of his subordinate unit, as well as supervised the processes of conducting investment projects. During his professional career he participated in many implementation projects in the field of MV switchgear and security automation as a support for the development department. He was a participant and acted as a speaker at symposia and conferences of the power industry
Andrzej Jądrzyk. Regional Manager – Sales Department Centre.
During his professional career he has been managing for over 10 years projects in the field of industrial automation and electrical power engineering industry. His team has successfully completed complex tasks such as implementation of remote systems controlling energy supply for electric traction, railway energy industry and public transportation. His open-minded approach, analytic skills and excellent interpersonal contact are the reasons that his customers are always willing to take advantage of his technical and commercial advice. Recently he was creating with success marketing strategy for one of the biggest firm in power energy sector. During this activity he was supporting development of new products and software. He was representing company and took part in many scientific conferences, industry trade shows, symposia and technical workshops.
Paweł Krogulec. Export Director
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology with a major in Automation and Robotic, completed also postgraduate studies in Project Management. The knowledge he has gained during his studies is being implemented in his daily work. He has over 7 years of experience in the electrical power industry. He often took part in researches conducted by R&D teams on such subjects as: implementation of new structural solutions for MV switchgears, electrical power protection automatics and controlling systems. Under his project leadership has been invented a lot of modern structural solutions for field controllers, which are being used in medium voltage networks throughout the whole country.
Agata Haligowska. Director of Administration Department.
She graduated from Law Faculty of European the Higher School of Law and Administration. She has 7 years experience in electrical power industry. In Elektrometal Energetyka SA she creates and takes responsibility for Administration Division. She supports the Executive Board in preparing company’s documentation as well as ensures smooth functioning of the daily company’s operations.
Dariusz Rybak. Chief Constructor.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology with a major in Metrology and Automation. For more than 20 years he is active in electrical power engineering industry. His professional career is focused on research and construction of electrical protection systems for medium and low voltage. In his position as chief constructor, he constructed with the entire project team thousands of electrical protection devices, including field controllers, which have been implemented in many electrical power stations and switchgear plants within the country and abroad.
Jacek Jackiewicz. Development and Mechanical Director.
He graduated from the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. For more than 10 years he is active in the electrical power and mechanical engineering industry. He focuses mainly on design and research of structural solutions for medium voltage switchgears. Thanks to his work has been designed, manufactured and implemented more than 1000 MV switchgear fields. In Elektrometal Energetyka SA he is responsible for switchgears as a whole. He prepares general concept of device, conducts research and optimizes constructional solutions. He also conducts research on selection of innovative materials and connections. He is co-creating research program on switchgears’ construction.
Konrad Kurzyk. Director of Development and Electrical Technology Department.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology with a major in Automation and Computer Engineering. For more than eight years of his professional career he is focused on projects related to electrical protection systems and MV switchgears. As an employee of R&D Department he participated in many research projects finalized with introducing to the market new switchgears and protection systems for medium voltage networks.
Tomasz Klonowski. Director of Digital Development Department.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology with a major in Electronics and Computer Engineering. For more than 7 years of his professional career he is focused on research in field design and implementation of electrical power algorithms for protection automatics and electronic measuring devices. In the process of designing ha has often implemented modern solutions for electricity meters and electrical protection systems.
Mikołaj Smolak. Head of Purchasing Department.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electromechanics of the Warsaw University of Technology. He has over 11 years of experience in the electrical power engineering industry. In his career, he participated in research projects related to the design and implementation of switchgears, protection systems, current transformers, voltage indicators and MV circuit breakers. He cooperated on many occasions with the Institute of Electrical Engineering in Warsaw in field of research conducted on circuit breakers and medium voltage switchgears.
Weronika Szlugaj. Director of the Protection Relays Manufacturing Division
Graduate of Poznan University of Technology, Faculty of Machine Building and Management. She obtained the degree of Master of Engineering in the field of management and production engineering, specialising in production systems. She started her professional career path at Elektrometal Energetyka as a Junior Specialist for order and production planning. In recent years, she has developed her managerial skills as Manager of the Production Planning Department for Protection Equipment and obtained the title of Lean Green Belt. Expanding her knowledge, she completed the Agile in a Nutshell course – teamwork in the Scrum method. Currently, she is Director of the Protiection Relays Manufacturing Division.
